Provides residential care, rehabilitation or intervention services to Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) ages above 15 and below 18 years old, who are ordered by the court to undergo rehabilitation or intervention at the DSWD facility. A CICL whose sentence is suspended may, upon order of the court, undergo any or a combination of disposition measures best suited to his rehabilitation and welfare.

Our mission is to guide and support young individuals through education, counseling, and community programs that promote personal growth, positive behavior, and lifelong change. We are committed to rehabilitation through compassion, discipline, and hope helping every youth write a new chapter of their future.
To create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where every youth is given the opportunity to rebuild their life, discover their potential, and reintegrate into society as responsible and productive individuals.
